The Beast
The beast that the Harlot Rides is, like all the beasts, an Angelic/demonic being with it own personality. Let's look at some scriptures about the beast. 1) A scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names, and it had seven heads and ten horns. 2) The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to rise from the bottomless pit and go to destruction. 3) And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast.
Firstly, this beast is not the beast of Rev 13. This beast that the Harlot rides is scarlet and not like a Leopard. Its heads are over time where the Rev 13 beast's head existed together. Secondly, this scripture gives us heaps of information to work with. The beast must also exist over a long time. Was, is not, and is yet to come. He was, past tense is not, present tense, to rise future tense. When this demonic angel rises again, he comes out of the bottomless pit. We know that the King of the bottomless pit rises is because an angel is given the key to release him on the fifth trumpet. Abaddon is the beast from the bottomless pit that goes on to kill the two witnesses, and really is an evil character. The only other scriptures we have on Abaddon has him in the bottomless pit. It will be safe to assume the period of when, he was, would be from before the flood. He will have been one of the most powerful watchers from that time. Probably the king of those angels way back then. It is at the time of the flood that these wayward angels got imprisoned in the bottomless pit.
