Babylon the Great represents the immense cities of the world, which God has not forgotten and upon which He unleashes His fury. From my window, I can see a stunning new house that has just been constructed next door, but I know that within a decade, it will be reduced to mere kindling. All the great cities of the world face a similar fate; they will never be recreated. Abaddon will be cast into the lake of fire alongside the Antichrist and the False Prophet. Long ago, Abaddon was an angel of significant importance prior to the flood but, as a consequence of his actions, he has been confined in the pit for over four thousand years. After being released, he is granted a short-lived freedom of two to three years before being punished once again in the lake of fire for an indefinite period. It seems the unfortunate individual simply couldn’t restrain himself.

Edgar Cayce predicted a monumental shift in the poles of the Earth, suggesting a reconfiguration of the planet. He anticipated that Europe would no longer exist, while new islands could emerge and existing ones vanish, causing coastlines to either rise or fall. The cities around the globe have unique reasons for their current locations; they were established near ports or river confluences, thus it seems illogical that they would not be reconstructed. Yet, with the anticipated pole shift and a significant earthquake, everything will be transformed.

The world's cities will find new sites that are better suited for trade after the pole shift. Mr. Cayce believes that Europe will cease to be, with the USA divided into two nations by what was once the Mississippi River, giving rise to new continents. The Tasman Sea, situated between Australia and New Zealand, is expected to rise, while a large portion of Australia will sink. It is possible that these events may occur separately.

According to Daniel 7:12, regarding the remaining beasts, their dominion was removed, but they were allowed to live for a season and a time. This would imply that Europe must persist for a short duration. In this context, a season signifies three months, and otherwise, the terms season and time would contradict. In prophetic terms concerning the end times, a time refers to a year, suggesting that only 15 months remain until this cataclysmic transformation occurs. The question arises: what will initiate this shift? A potential trigger could be the impact of an asteroid. Apophis, an asteroid expected to collide with Earth in April 2029, falls almost exactly 2000 years after Jesus's resurrection that marked the beginning of this era. If we subtract 15 months from that date, we arrive at January 2028, and looking further back to April 2027, we have nine months remaining. Does harvesting the earth and capturing Satan and all his angels not happen instantly but take nine months? It could be some other unforeseen event, fifteen months after the Day of the Lord. It will be interesting to see how that plays out. However, it plays out, these cities will not get rebuilt.
