Most people skip to the end of Rev. 14 as they do not really understand the 144,000 stories. They may know it from Rev. 14:20 And the wine press was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the wine press, as high as a horse’s bridle, for 1,600 stadia. They just see that the earth is harvested and miss that there are two angels with sickles, and they go out one after the other. The first is described as “Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man, with a golden crown on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.” This is an archangel, but not Jesus.
So two harvests? Do we see two harvests elsewhere? The answer is yes. First, the Christians are removed; two people walking and one disappears, the other is left behind, and so on. Then the rest of the world is harvested by the second angel. This is also one of the archangels. There is a far better picture of these angels, “The White Rider,” in Revelations 19. The second harvest will be bloody. I have gone into detail on this event elsewhere.
